If the items in your order are in stock, we will make every effort to get them in the mail to you immediately. The time spent in transit is up to you. SoChill.com offers standard shipping (USPS) and expedited shipping options (UPS). 

 

If the items your ordered are not in stock or pre-ordered, we will send them to you as soon as we have them. Typically we can offer an estimated date for shipping.

We don’t want you to be unhappy! If you receive the item you ordered and it is not what you expected, return it with a copy of the receipt. We will offer a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

If you selected a form of shipping that allows for tracking, you will be emailed the tracking information in order to be able to track your shipment. 

EASY! You can send your question or concern through the online form on our Contact Us form. We try our best to get back to you within 24 business hours. 

As soon as you realize that you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, please let us know through the form on the Contact Us page of our website. Provide the incorrect address and the revised address. You will also need to provide the order number from the confirmation email so that we can make sure you are you. Once we receive this information, we will attempt to stop the shipment and correct the address.
