Orders and Shipping

If you order is in stock, we will make every effort to send it on its way to you immediately. The time spent in transit is up to you. offers standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited shipping (typically under 3 days).   


If the items you purchased were “pre-ordered” or if, for some reason, the item is out of stock, we will make every effort to offer an estimated date for the product to be shipped. 

If you selected a form of shipping that allows for tracking, you will be emailed the tracking information in order to be able to track your shipment. 

Once your transaction is complete, your credit card information is removed. does not retain credit card information.

Sales tax is charged on orders based on your address.

Assuming that you’ve ordered “in stock” items, the products will be sent together in one package. However, if some of the products you’ve ordered are not in stock, the items available immediately will ship immediately. Those that are not in stock will ship in a separate package as soon as the items are available.

Returns and Exchanges

We don’t want anyone to be unhappy!  If you receive the item you ordered and it isn’t what you expected within 30 days, return it in its original condition with a copy of the receipt. We will refund the cost of the item.

As soon as you realize what happened, contact us through the form on our Contact Us page and let us know. We will do our best to track down the package and redirect it to the revised address that you provide. This will require that we verify the order is actually yours, of course – but that should be easy! We may ask a few questions based on the order and the information you were asked to provide during the order process. 

In many cases, we do allow pre-ordering items. If ever you are unable to click on the item in the Shop area and select pre-order, please complete the Contact Us form with the product you are interested in. We will be in touch with more information about that product ASAP (within 24 business hours).
